MACHINE OPERATOR – NON-COMPUTERIZED Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Job Summary
Set up and operate manual production equipment and die-cutting presses to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Core Duties & Responsibilities - Equipment Operation: Set up and run machinery using job cards, blueprints, and standard work instructions.
- Quality Control: Adjust controls, spot material defects, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Production Goals: Meet output quotas to ensure on-time delivery.
- Measurements & Math: Use tape measures and calculate fractions, decimals, and standard/metric conversions.
- Shop Support: Assist with material handling, gluing, packing, inventory tracking, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Requirements:

Required Skills - Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints/schematics.
- Ability to follow instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
