Facilities Services Worker II - Maintenance
Utica, NY
Full-time, temp-to-hire. 2nd shift, 1:00pm-9:00pm, Monday through Friday; 37.5 hours per week.
$17.00 per hour.
The person would be working at our work sites in Utica. We are looking for a team oriented person who takes pride in their work. Must have transportation & valid drivers license to get to various sites.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping
- Dusting
- Emptying trash
- Related tasks as assigned which includes building and grounds maintenance and upkeep.
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Cleaning/Maintenance experience
