Furnace Associate $12.00 - $12.85 1st and 5th shift 4 openings

  • Perform various cleaning, monitoring and securing operations to assist in the set-up of a rotary atomization furnace.
  • Work from verbal and written instructions to perform repetitive tasks before and after the and when required during the atomization process.
  • Assist in preparing raw material charges, running the furnace control board, making minor repairs on the furnace, atomization chamber, and other auxiliary equipment, cleaning the atomization chamber, carry out housekeeping duties.
  • Assist in the removal and replacement of coils and cleaning the interior of the furnace chamber.
  • Clean raw material charge and transport to charge area.
  •  As directed assist in the attachment and detachment of gas, electric, and water lines to furnace.
  • Clean inside of crucibles, patch cracks and performs other repair tasks of crucible prior to next run.

 

Associate Machine Operator Machinist $12.00 - $20.85  DOE   2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th shift 5 openings

  • Run written programs, as necessary, for CNC machines to produce production parts.
  • As needed, perform simple machining operations to support cell deliveries with continual direction.
  • Requires knowledge of basic machine shop practices.
  • Use basic shop mathematics and work with a variety of precision measuring instruments with continued guidance
  • Experience 3-6 months

 

Associate Electrical Technician   $12.00 - $17.00 DOE 3rd shift 1 opening

  • Install, trouble shoot and repair basic electrical systems
  • Install conduit and wire from basic construction drawings
  • Perform work to National electrical code and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Electrical and electronic trades training, certificate or equivalent
  • 12 - 18 months experience
  • Read/work from drawing and schematic diagrams
  • Use volt-ohm meter and megger
  • Mechanical aptitude

 

Welder $12.00 - $12.85 3rd shift 1 opening

  • Perform a variety of hand and machine fusion operations
  • Intermediate skill welder with both MIG and TIG.
  • Prepare all parts to be fitted together for fabrication, i.e., grinding, polishing, and cleaning
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment to optimize uptime.
  • Requires a working knowledge of fusion welding processes and terminology which requires a short specialized training course.
  • Experience 6 months to 1 year

 

Ultrasonic Inspector in Quality Department $12.00 - $12.85 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift 4 openings

  •  Work from quality control requirements and utilize standard methods and techniques to detect defects in forging multiples and assure quality of the product
  • Utilize proper methods of ultrasonic, etch and dimensional inspection
  • Perform routine and minor maintenance to ensure ultrasonic, etch and dimensional equipment is clean and functioning properly
  • Ensure timely processing of material through NDT Record complete and accurate records of all tests and test results
  • Perform mult etch inspection and blasting of etched mults
  • Successfully pursue and pass a qualification examination for ultrasonic level I inspector
  • Perform daily calibration and checks of equipment ensuring equipment integrity
  • Maintain immersion tanks and water ensuring the greatest accuracy of testing possible

 

Associate Metallurgic Technician $12.00 - $12.85 3rd shift 1 opening

  • Perform equipment set up and sample preparation
  • Perform analysis on a wide variety of materials where methods and techniques have been established
  • Machine Operator experience required
  • Excellent Safety record/experience and safety minded
  • Maintain equipment per TPM requirements
  • Perform quality control inspections on various production processes
  • Organize, report and maintain records of analysis
  • Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives

 

Screen Room $12.00 - $12.85 1st and 2nd shift 4 openings

  • Working with a powder
  • Must be able to wear a respirator
  • Experience working in manufacturing/production
  • Attention to detail but not necessarily machine operation

 

Associate Material Specialist $12.00 - $12.85 2nd and 3rd shift 2 openings

  • Ability to operate Fork Truck and PIV (Power Industrial Vehicles)
  • Perform PIV and equipment walk around inspections.
  • Packaging and shipment of materials for shipment to an off site vendor
  • Rotoblasting, analyzing, and handling of returned disks.
  • Handling and storage of decanned mults and plasma torched scrap materials.
  • Handle material for use in production charges.
  • Scrap processing, rotoblast, analyze, receive, and storage.
  • Material handling of items for a scrap sale
  • Truck loading and material handling for scrap sales

 

Head Repairer $12.00 - $12.85 3rd shift 1 opening

  • Perform inspection, repair and final assembly of tube head assembles.
  • Work from drawings, procedures and instructions or repair and assemble units where an understanding of the unit's function in the powder making process is essential, and considerable care is required to make sure unit operates at optimum effectiveness during "blow". Replace or perform minor rework on damaged parts, reassemble unit and check dimensions and operation to make sure unit will perform properly.
  • Maintain records of number and location of units. Keep an adequate supply of spare parts necessary for continuous operation in all departments. Occasionally required to keep records on performance of individual units and work with supervision to determine why some units work better than others. 

 

Hours:

  • 1st shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:15pm
  • 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:15 am
  • 4th shift, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00am - 7:00pm - Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
  • 5th shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00pm - 7:00am - Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
  • Must be able to work overtime
