Description: 

Local Liverpool business is seeking a full-time Web Content Administrator to join our Marketing team. This entry-level position is an imperative role to support the introduction process of new online product. The right candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, upbeat environment and takes pride in his/her work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile, sort and prepare documents for simplification of data entry.
  • Review documents for accuracy.
  • Review product photography to ensure SKU's are accurate against the product list.
  • Crop and edit vendor-supplied images.
  • Upload corresponding images to be displayed online and associate any images in Scene7.
  • Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Maintain accurate visibility of products online.
  • Update data regularly.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Work in search administration in Znode for these products and coordinate with team.
  • Work with User Experience and Web Tech teams to ensure new categories are set up when needed.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Requirements: 

Monday - Friday,  Hours: 8am-5pm

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent PC skills to work within different data bases and programs.
  • Produce high quality work with accuracy in an efficient manner.
  • Basic Photoshop knowledge.
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to prioritize is essential.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Copywriting and editing experience is helpful.
