Temporary Office Assistant

  • Will mainly be handling payroll and accounting duties.
  • Could become permanent for the right person., but person would need to take civil service exam.
  • Will be doing monthly bank reconciliation, weekly journal entries, payroll, sending info for checks to be processed.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel mainly, Word knowledge as well.
