E-Commerce Customer Care Representative position.

 

The position is full time and is Customer Service and Sales focused. A successful E-commerce Customer Care Representative is able to help manage the incoming flow of online orders, efficiently handle follow up, communicate clearly in a team environment, and relay product information to our customers. Additionally, the position requires night, weekend and holiday hours.

 

Requirements: 

The base pay for the E-Commerce Customer Care Rep position is $13.50, with the possibility of bonuses. We try to give everyone a set schedule so that they work the same shifts each week, however it may vary during big sales, or holidays in order to ensure proper coverage. It would be a combination of the following shifts: Open - 730a-4p Mid - 930a-6p Closing - 1230p-9p Each associate is required to work at least two closing shifts and also at least one weekend day
